Donors can now contribute to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund online through the website. In the wake of Cyclone Titli that affected the northern Andhra districts like Srikakulam and Vizianagaram on 11th Oct 2018, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh has appealed to individuals to come forward and support the families affected. CM has also appealed to corporate establishments to adopt affected villages in northern Andhra and develop them as 'SMART Villages' by setting up required infrastructure.

The Real-Time Governance Society under the Department of Real-Time Governance (RTG) has swiftly developed this portal. RTG has given an all new and fresh outlook to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund website. Individuals can make online contributions to the CM Relief Fund by clicking the 'Donate Online' option on the site. Various features like Internet Banking, Mobile Wallets, Debit and Credit Cards, Unified Payments Interface (UPI), QR Code etc. have been added to this site. Donors can choose the convenient mode for making transactions.

Donors will also receive an online appreciation certificate for their contribution from the Office of Special Chief Secretary, CMRF. There are features like a print receipt for every transaction made.

The website also provides an overview of the details of restoration works being taken up in Srikakulam district currently, on a real-time basis. The website also provides an insight of the Project Turpu, giving an overview of the immediate relief measures taken up and a comprehensive development plan being proposed in the region. There is a section of images to show the damage caused due to the cyclone.

RTG has already released a mobile application for citizens to post their grievances on the People First app, as a means to crowdsource the damages. As soon as the disaster struck the coastal districts, the State government took up relief efforts in an unprecedented scale, mobilizing all the resources and entire State machinery to Srikakulam. Working round the clock, around 35 IAS Officers, 107 Deputy Collectors and many line department personnel from around the State are in ground zero, stationed across all the affected mandals. They are monitoring and implementing the entire relief and restoration efforts by coordinating with the Srikakulam district administration.

Contributions towards Srikakulam relief measures can be made to the following account:
Name: CM Relief Fund
Bank & Branch: Andhra bank, AP Secretariat branch, Velagapudi
Account no: 110310100029039
Ifsc code: ANDB0003079
Cheques are also accepted, the donors are required to write TITLI CYCLONE on behind the cheque leaf.
