Achievements
  • AP achieved ODF and is now aiming to become ODF+
  • Topped the table in Ease of Doing Business and in number of farm ponds
  • Provided clean cooking fuel
  • Construction of toilets
  • Skill development and employment to youth
The issues to be discussed in the meeting are being listed out

  • We need to use this forum to critically review issues and resolve them, as part of vision 2029 Hon'ble Chief Minister has asked to make action plans for achieving the goals and to achieve the growth rate of 15% annually

  • We must work as a team for the overall development of the State
  • India is a great country where post-economic reforms were successfully introduced and that's when the political parties came into the picture
  • Hyderabad has one of the best infrastructure in the world because of decades of hard work
  • Amaravati is one of the biggest innovative ideas of all times, we need big funds for building the city
  • ZBNF has been a great success, the whole department has worked very hard because of
  • which AP is receiving international recognition
  • We have been focusing on developing village tourism
  • We've found solutions to all our problems with convergence, by integrating technology

  • We are No.1 in micro-irrigation and horticulture. Out of top 10 districts in India for micro-irrigation, 6 are from AP. 29% increase in production has been recorded through micro-irrigation and 13% growth in horticulture has been recorded.
  • We are working with dedication and conviction to integrate micro-irrigation, horticulture with ZBNF
  • We want to bring the most liveable standards to the State and increase the quality of air, water, power, and connectivity
  • This is the best team. We have produced great results and contributed to the global community, which will be remembered in history

The Chief Minister officially launched the website for the paperless Collector Conference as a step to encourage the technology adoption to save paper.

  • Status for the month of November is being discussed
  • District-wise rating for physical achievement and number of schemes in different categories: A,B,C,D are being presented
  • There are 17 schemes in category D, as when the results improve the categorisation will change

  • Work upon the issues and increase public satisfaction level till the last mile, work upon systematically resolving the issues
  • We have established a good and efficient administration, we must constantly work upon improving our dynamics
  • Law and orders Cases have reduced because of real-time monitoring, I appreciate the Police Department for handling this smoothly. Every month we will release a law and order bulletin

  • 2.57 Cr unorganised workers including 7.77 Lac farmers are covered under Chandranna Rytu Bima
  • Out of 48,541 claims uploaded, 45,416 have been settled and Rs. 671 Cr claim benefit has been disbursed so far
  • Scholarships for policyholders' children has been released for 2016-17
  • Chandranna Bima death claims are being presented

  • The AP State Skill Development Corporation nodal agency for domain training programs prepared the list of training institutes with courses district-wise, suitable for degree and diploma holders
  • A module for apprenticeship is being prepared
  • RTG will flow the info, integrating the data received from all the welfare departments on the web portal of Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham
  • MYN convergence training framework is being discussed
  • For ESEM training, assistance is required from the end of college management

  • The supply of power enhanced from 75 to 100 units under this scheme
  • District-wise RTGS survey report is being discussed

SMT Poonam Malkondiah making a presentation on health department → 3:47 PM


  • District-wise health initiatives and program efficiency is being discussed
  • Anaemia in pregnant women: a decrease in severe Anaemia cases has been recorded
  • 67.44 is the MMR, 47% causes of the deaths are medical, we need to focus on the NCDs of the deaths and not just the haemoglobin levels
  • State-wise IMR comparison between the statistics of last and this year is being made
  • Swine flu cases: comparison between 2017 and 2018, top 25 mandals in the State with highest cases of diabetes and the supply of millets stats are being discussed
  • A separate presentation on ANM Digi is being made
  • Palakarimpu will be launched tomorrow in AP

  • About 6,500 sheds have been constructed, the remaining 2,500 sheds will be completed by December 31st
  • By the end of December, tricycles will be supplied to all the municipalities for collecting waste
  • Watchman and green ambassador will be appointed for each shed
  • Vermi seeding completed in close to 3,000 places
  • The rate at which the districts are performing, it won't be difficult to reach the target

  • 1/3rd of the vermi compost target has been achieved
  • Everything must be complete by January 1st

  • Strategy for poverty elimination in municipal area, the income of Rs. 10,000 per month per family are being discussed
  • We are no. 1 in spark real-time rating
  • 15,000 CRPs are identified who will mobilise the individuals

e-Pragathi → 8:30 PM


  • GO issued on Digital Transformation Standards for e-Pragathi
  • A committee with CS as Chairman has been appointed
  • Discussions held with various departments
  • Strategies for implementation of e-Pragathi, number of digital services are being discussed
  • All targets will be met by December

  • It is a combination of all the content across all the departments

  • In the next 7-8 days, credentials will be given to HODs so that they upload whatever content they have
  • The content management system is being explained
