10:40 AM → Welcome address by Chief Secretary Sri Anil Chandra Punetha

  • Due to time constraint, we are holding a video conference with the focus on proper time management
  • Congratulating everyone for successfully organising Janmabhoomi Maa Vooru, a unique citizen engagement program covering the entire geography of the state, this level of achievement is commendable
  • Responding to the feedback received, the government has doubled the social security pensions which received a very good response
  • District vision action plans, a futuristic development guide will be released

10:43 AM → Hon'ble Chief Minister's opening address

  • AP has received over 670 awards. We have been awarded for our good performance in every parameter
  • If we make efficient use of knowledge and technology, we can achieve anything
  • JBMV was implemented very well, we have resolved almost all the grievances received, this program has had a big social impact 
  • State Govt. is ensuring the availability of all the basic facilities to the weaker sections
  • We need to promote entrepreneurship in the weaker sections
  • Instead of releasing an election manifesto to be implemented post elections, we are going to implement everything before elections

AP at Davos

  • The visit has been hugely successful with major investment coming to the state. It will boost the economy as well as employment
  • Our initiatives like ZBNF have received worldwide acclaims 

11:08 AM → Real Time Governance

  • Satisfaction levels of the govt programs, overall: 77.02%
  • Effective call rate has come down because our machinery was used for JBMV for 12 days
  • Districts with lower levels of citizen satisfaction have shown improvement, if they sustain this we can achieve 80% satisfaction
  • Citizen satisfaction is being discussed for:
    • Flagship programs
    • Energy sector
    • Health, medical and family welfare
    • Education schemes
    • Women, children and disabled welfare programs
    • Yuvanestham
    • Housing
    • Aadarana 2
  • Hon'ble CM's remarks: All the service providers must provide seamless services to citizens, there should be no compromise
  • We are doing industry integration under Yuvanestham
  • Over 142 industries have already registered
  • We are identifying the skills required by the industries and revamping the skill development courses accordingly
  • Hon'ble CM: We need to focus on drinking water and housing

12:27 PM → JBMV Grievances

  • Over 6 lac applications received
  • Around 35,000 have been resolved while 62,000 have been rejected
  • Over 4 lac applications have been verified

12:32 PM → Civil Supplies

  • Received 55,540 applications for new ration cards
  • 7218 have been rejected
  • 40641 applications have been approved

12:38 PM → Housing

  • Mega sanctioning mela of houses to be done in the month of February
  • Over 3 Lakh houses to be sanctioned

1:16 PM → BhuSeva:

  • Current status is being discussed
  • 2.44 Cr Bhudaars assigned out of 3.46 Cr parcels/properties
  • Tenders for geo-referencing (CORS) is under the technical evaluation
  • BhuSeva Campaign:
    • Objective: to create awareness about BhuSeva
    • 4-15 Feb time period
    • 5 activities have been proposed
    • RTGS call centre 1100 will provide guidance to pattadars

1:32 PM → Anna Canteens:

  • No compromise on the quality of food when it comes to the temporary canteens
  • Good quality rainproof tents will be set up
  • We are setting up canteens in every village

1:53 PM → Panchayati Raj and Municipal programs

  • Pending release of funds is being discussed
  • LED lights, CC roads, drains, drinking water etc. status is being discussed
  • District-wise status of cattle sheds is being discussed
  • Hon'ble CM:
    • Garbage to be collected from 5,200 Gram Panchayats
    • The collection should start from 1st Feb even if sheds are not ready and tricycles are not distributed
    • Sheds should be ready by 10th Feb
    • Garbage can be collected using tractors from 1st Feb, you can later switch to tricycles
